The room here is modern, clean, and has comfortable beds, and the staff were very friendly, helping us with free parking.

i just need to say thank you, cant wait to come back. the rooms are great value for money with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. the atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. as for me the food is good, and they have a wide array of meals.

Good and magnificent location, to the local plaza in Torrejon. Based just next door to the runways, bus stop and inexpensive shops and restaurants.

The hotel has a great setting close to the center of Torrejon de Ardoz and the airport. the breakfast is good with a great selection of items. - the rooms are modern with an extra bed provided. - the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Excellent value for money. Continental breakfast was included in the price and there was a wide variety to choose from. Room was basic, yet had everything needed and was clean. The hotel is very near to the metro, making transport really easy.

A bit far from the airport, but if you know very basic Spanish, you can reach the hotel with the Asda bus or Metro - otherwise take a taxi.

The hotel room was very clean.

I asked for a non-smoking room, and one on the first/ground floor. This was completely ignored. I was given a smoking room on the third floor. The volume for the televion would only go up to a certain level, it could not go any higher so the windows had to be closed in order to hear the tv. Also me and my partner were asked inappropiate questions, i.e. how long would she be in my room for? As far as i am concerned I/we should not have to answer to the hotel staff and tell them what i/we will be doing. This is an invasion of privacy, and as long as I paid for my room, this should be of no concerrn to them.
